St. George, Bermuda- Eldon Trimingham III is a world-renowned artist from Bermuda with over thirty years of experience. He went to school in England, where he discovered his talent at the age of fourteen. Next, he started out by drawing realistic sketches of flowers. He has permanent art displayed in various museums throughout the World including the Smithsonian in Washington, London's Buckingham Palace, and the Royal Airforce Headquarters.
He specializes in fine art from the romantic era. He is an Artist, boatsman, collector, and adventurist. Eldon's passion for boats is not just in painting them, but in maintaining his own. He frequents the coasts of Bermuda, and sometimes participates in larger races such as the America's Cup in 1987.
His passion is for sailing in Bermuda waters as well as power boating. His love and knowledge for sailing has been passed on through the generations from his Grandfather Eldon H. Trimingham then to his Father Eldon H. Trimingham II and down to himself, Eldon H. Trimingham III.
